I. Who’s Your Grandpa?
Where to begin, searching your home, talk to family, 
family data, research cycle, repositories, Internet, 
organizations, pedigree chart and family group sheets & 
descendants’ charts and more.

II. Base Camp for Family History
Organizing ideas, other researchers, places to find family histories, military records, online histories,, queries & message boards,
 search engines, genealogy software.

III. Vital Statistics: Births, Marriages, Deaths
This workshop’s content is more focussed and detailed.
Selected topics: sources; search techniques, documenting and more.

Durham Region Branch of the Ontario Genealogical Society.
